I think that it is justified that they blur out certain places on Google Maps because it is a safety regulation. In the article, it said that people can spot their targets on Google Maps. I always wondered why you couldn't see certain places on this site! It seemed strange why some places were blurred and others weren't. Now I know why: for safety!
