In this picure it is the Eiffel Tower is curved form. This also rembedes me of a Circus pice. I can see qa clown Climbing up it and falling down. It looks to about 289 feet up in the air, so if this was a item in a circuws then it would be a lonf fall. It looks to have about 10 people on top on the Tower. I looks to me like an elvator was in the middle of the tower. Maybe stairs.
